Kevin Sheppard

Kevin came to HSBC in May of 2024 with his wife Susie and 5 kids. He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2019 With a Master of Arts In Christian Education but has been serving in various ministry roles since 2005. When asked about worship ministry he says:

“We were all made and wired to worship God. But in all our sin and fallenness we worship just about anything else. Real worship happens when we turn our eyes to Christ and are re-tuned to love and glorify Him with our whole lives. It’s  a little like turning on the lights after trying to find your way in the dark. We cannot do any of this without the saving grace of God through faith in Christ.” (Rom 11:36; Gen 1:26; Rom 12:1; Eph 2)

Kevin loves spending time with his family, being outdoors (Camping, Fishing, Kayaking), and woodworking.
